This website is run by B & B Optics Est, the business behind the Dobetti brand ("Dobetti", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, why we collect it and what choices you have.

We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using our website, you agree to this policy.

• Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Order details: delivery and billing address, the products you buy and your order history.
• Payment details: online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. We only keep a payment reference number and whether the payment went through.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or our forms.
• Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.

• To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims

You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy from us. Kids' eyewear should be bought by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without a parent's consent. If you think a child has shared data with us, write to us and we will delete it.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
