This website is run by B & B Optics Est, the business behind the Dobetti brand ("Dobetti", "we", "us"), with its office at 123, Second Floor, Over ICICI Bank, Chitrakoot Marg, Vidhyut Nagar-C, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021, Rajasthan, India. These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order.
• Please give us correct details and keep them up to date.
• Keep access to your email safe, as we use it to send your sign-in codes.
• We may pause or close an account that is misused or breaks these terms.

We work hard to show every frame accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary by 1 to 2 mm.

All products depend on stock. If something sells out after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST, unless we say otherwise.
• Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and offers can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you order.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

After you order, we send a confirmation email. This means we have received your order. It is not yet a final acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship it.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was wrong, the address cannot be served or the order looks fraudulent. If you already paid, we refund you in full.

You can pay in two ways:

• Online by card, UPI, net banking or wallet, through our secure payment partner Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Cash on Delivery, where available. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

An online order is confirmed only after Razorpay tells us the payment was successful. If money leaves your account but the order fails, it is returned to you automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If we see repeated refused Cash on Delivery orders, we may turn off that option for the account.

Every Dobetti frame is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects. For example, a hinge or screw that fails in normal use, or a coating that peels without rough handling. We will repair or replace the frame. If the same model is no longer available, we will offer a similar one.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, drops, bending or crushing
• Scratches and normal wear over time
• Damage from heat, chemicals or wrong cleaning
• Frames repaired or changed by anyone other than Dobetti

To claim, email us with your order number and photos of the problem.

• Each offer or promo code has its own rules, shown with the offer.
• Unless we say otherwise, only one code can be used per order.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• We may cancel codes, referral rewards or orders that misuse an offer, such as fake accounts or self-referrals.

All content on this website, including photos, designs, text and the Dobetti name and logo, belongs to us. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Do not use the website for anything illegal, try to break into it, overload it or collect data from it with bots.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or income.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms follow the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it will be handled by the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Orders already placed follow the terms that applied when you ordered.
