Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• Orders are packed and dispatched in 1 to 2 working days.
• Most deliveries arrive in 3 to 7 working days.
• Sundays, festival days and official public holidays are not counted as working days.
• Every order comes with a tracking link by email.

We deliver to most pincodes across India through trusted courier partners. You can check if we deliver to your area when you enter your address at checkout.

We do not ship outside India at the moment.

• Orders of ₹999 or more ship free.
• Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹199.
• You always see the exact shipping fee at checkout, before you pay.

We pack and hand over most orders to the courier within 1 to 2 working days. After that, delivery usually takes:

• 3 to 5 working days for metro cities
• 5 to 7 working days for the rest of India
• Up to 10 working days for remote areas and the North East

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays, festival days and official public holidays are not counted in these delivery times. Bad weather or courier delays can sometimes add a day or two. If that happens, we will keep you posted.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check the status at any time on our Track Order page or in your account.

Please check that your address, pincode and phone number are correct. The courier may call you before delivery.

The courier usually tries to deliver up to 3 times. If the parcel still comes back to us, we will contact you to send it again or to cancel the order. For prepaid orders, we refund the product amount as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If the outer box looks opened or badly damaged, please do not accept it. If you notice a problem after opening it, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the product. An unboxing video helps us sort it out faster. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
